Placing an order or making an enquiry could not be easier. Simply browse our online store and select the product and quantity of each product you wish to purchase and put them into the shopping cart! Your order will be securely processed by PayPal.

Shipping & Handling
It is our policy to dispatch your order within 48 hours if we have the product(s) you have selected in stock. If a product is out of stock we will contact you to discuss an alternative delivery time. For other destinations, times may vary. When your order is dispatched we will advise by telephone or email.
Delivery charges are listed on each product page and apply to deliveries made in the Republic of Ireland only. For export options, please contact our store directly.
If any of your ordered items are not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or called with details to ensure that you are kept up to date with the progress of your order.
Value Added Tax
Mobility products are exempt from VAT. Products where VAT is applicable are eligible for VAT refunds to suitable applicants.
Medical Mobility does not disclose buyers` information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. When you order from us or make an enquiry, we will require your name, address, e-mail address, phone number and other similar information to process your order/enquiry. We may, unless you tell us not to, pass this information to our couriers or other agents in case they need to contact you to arrange delivery of your order.
Cancelling your order
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have purchased from us, please return them to us in the original packaging and condition within 7 days of receiving them. Please also enclose a letter explaining why you wish to return the product(s), and we will refund you in full within 28 days of the receipt of your returned order, subject to the above conditions. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. For faulty items, the cost of returned postage will be refunded to you.
To return any products to us:
1. Make sure to tell us whether you want an exchange or refund.
2. We recommend that you register the item(s) as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.
3. Pack the items safely, enclose the invoice and send it back to:
